Patsy is the Executive Pastor of Templo Aposento Alto in Houston Texas where she and her husband JR have pastored for 25 years.
She is happily married to JR for 38 years. They have 2 children- Eleazar III married to Cynthia, Joseph Ryan and one grandson, Eleazar IV.
Patsy is the Director of Queen Bee Ministry which ministers to over one hundred pastor’s wives in the Texas Louisiana Hispanic District (TLHD). She also ministers to the TLHD Women In Ministry.
She serves as the Assistant Director of the TLHD Girls Ministry.
Patsy ministers through song and Word and recorded her first album entitled “Be Real”. She is often invited to speak and share her personal testimony.

"I am a license minister and my passion is to fulfill the calling of the Lord which is to serve and work for the Lord. My family and I have been members of Templo Emanuel in Houston for 37 years.
I was the Assistant Coordinator of Girls Ministry (Missionettes) in the Section for more than 25 years and still working as the Star Sponsor in the local level. God has but a passion in my heart for Girls Ministry, I enjoy praying, teaching and getting to know my Stars. I also have the honor of being the WM District Benevolence Director for the last 8 years.
I have been married to my husband Richard, “the apple of my eye” for 37 wonderful years. We have been blessed with 3 children that love and serve God; Jorge (Patricia) Youth Pastors, Tina and Samuel and 2 beautiful grandchildren Lilliana and Josiah which are the love of grandma and grandpa. I love my God and enjoy sending time with Him in prayer and reading His word.”
Fun Facts: I love to spend time with my family, taking Lillian and Josiah to the park, reading books and collect angles.
