Pastor Robert Flores is an ordained minister and was recently elected to serve as the Assistant Superintendent
of the Texas Louisiana Hispanic Network of the Assemblies of God. Pastor Robert also serves as the Lead
Pastor of Mercy Church, a vibrant and growing church in San Antonio, TX. As Lead Pastor, he oversees the
spiritual wellbeing of the congregation as well as Mercy Church’s community initiatives and global missions
and compassion efforts. His missions endeavors have taken him to various nations including, Nicaragua, Haiti,
Guatemala, Honduras, Morocco, Egypt and New Zealand among others.
Pastor Robert has previously served the Texas Louisiana Hispanic Network as District Youth Director and
Director of the English Region. He is passionate about seeing community transformation by addressing the
needs of people through both practical and spiritual means and resources. His commitment to seeing
community transformation has led him to partner with other ministries and organizations to accomplish these
goals. Most recently, Pastor Robert served on the board of directors for King's Compassion, a nonprofit
organization serving the elderly poor of San Antonio.
Pastor Robert is a graduate of Nelson University (formerly Southwestern Assemblies of God University) in
Waxahachie, TX. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Isela and they are the parents of 2 adult
children, Yasmin Gutierrez (Husband Noah Gutierrez) and Isaiah Flores. They are also the proud grandparents
of their granddaughter, Sarai Gutierrez.

El pastor Roberto Flores es un ministro ordenado y recientemente fue elegido para servir como el Asistente
Superintendente de la Red Hispana de las Asambleas de Dios de Texas Louisiana. El Pastor Roberto también
sirve como el Pastor Principal de Mercy Church, una iglesia vibrante y en crecimiento en San Antonio, TX.
Como Pastor Principal, supervisa el bienestar espiritual de la congregación, así como las iniciativas
comunitarias, las misiones globales y los esfuerzos de compasión de la iglesia. Sus esfuerzos misioneros lo han
llevado a varias naciones, incluyendo Nicaragua, Haití, Guatemala, Honduras, Marruecos, Egipto y Nueva
